We used the party bus last weekend for a friends bday and it was a great experience. Our driver was exactly on time and treated us like royalty. I am so pleased. First Asad was absolutely wonderful What a gentleman We took my mom out for Mothers Day in the Rain. He got my 89 year old mother into the clean BMW There was water and great conversation according to my mom. He stayed at the restaurant and was right there when we ready to leave Again he got wet but got the umbrella for her. He got her home. Assad picked my 89 year old mother. Help literally put her in the extremely clean BMW. He brought her to us for lunch. He got wet in the rain but he got a umbrella out of his truck and assisted her in every way possible. When we finished he was right there in the parking lot. Again he helped her into the vehicle. My mind m called in tears and could not thank me enough for a driver. “ He was such a gentleman I am so very happy. She was impressed with his kindness “. Thank you so much. I will call again again if I ever need a vehicle and share with all my friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my mom.

The team was so professional and efficient. I have called several times for my executives to get car service at the last minute and these guys have always comes through. I needed a driver that was able to get onto a military base for surgery. Mo made the experience go as smooth as possible. He came prepared and did everything required for access on base. I would highly recommend booking DC private cars they are punctual and very professional.

Awesome service. they keep you updated on the arrival and even give your driver’s name and phone number in case you need to change time. I contacted this company on a short notice and was able to secure a car. Even though Uber is less expensive this service is worth every penny. Driver is cordial and professional….I give them a big 10.

With weary feet, we decided that we should see the monuments at night via private vehicle. We booked the trip fairly last-minute, and simply had a driver.
Sherif took us to all of the major monuments, and several we hadnĘĽt seen. We also headed over to the Pentagon, and Old town Alexandria. It was not only great to see all the monuments at night, but at our own pace we covered a lot. Would highly recommend!

We used DC private cars today for a DC tour. Driver was super professional, personable, and timely! He went above and beyond to ensure we saw everything we wanted as well as had everything we needed or wanted! Company was just as professional, made the reservation less then 12 hours prior and they were more more then happy to accomadate. They answered all questions. Definitely reccomend using this company and will be using this service on my next visit to Washington DC!

Customer service is amazing! After discussing transportation cost the phone rep suggested I visit their site to register, so that I may book my SUV airport pickup. In registering, the representative stayed on the phone with me until completion. He then offer other options and ideas. I had mention the traveler would have 6 large bags….given the representative concerns of space he upgraded the vehicle to a Sprinter free of charge. On top of it all the Sprinter was exquisite & plush inside and the driver gave amazing conversation with a wonderful attitude, and the snacks were very refreshing. They are now my go to transportation service.

We used DC Private Car service on New Years Eve – we called at 6C30 that night for a 3C30 am pick up and Mike at the desk was incredibly helpful.
Our driver was on time, and easy to communicate with – he showed up right outside of the venue after I texted him saving a lot of cold people from standing

Wonderful!!! We made a late night decision to use a private car service. DC Private Cars accommodated us in spite of the hour, and our driver, Mohi, was the most pleasant and professional driver we have ever had. The company kept me updated on when our driver would arrive (at least 15 minutes early) and made sure we knew our driver’s name and exactly where he would be that morning. Even at 5:30AM, he was dress immaculately, the car was spotless and stocked with hand sanitizer, water, and lots of other things. Mohi even said he would take me to a CVS to get a diet coke since I hadn’t had time to get one that morning! I wouldn’t let him, of course, but WOW!

This was by far the most professional car service I have ever used in any city, at any time. The company I work for secured the car service for me and two guests with a pickup at Dulles Airport with multiple stops throughout the day for a media tour in the D.C. area and then departure from Baltimore airport. The vehicle itself was high class, clean and ridiculously comfortable. The driver was the most professional, courteous, and unobtrusive I have ever worked with. We actually felt more relaxed than we had ever felt on such a busy day because of the driver’s calm demeanor and driving. I was so impressed that mid-way through the day I felt compelled to contact our travel coordinator to let her know that this is the only transportation I want to use when we return to the area. I can HIGHLY recommend using DC Private Cars for your transportation needs for a professional and personalized service. Ask for Mohie as your driver. You will thank me.

Best car service ever! My daughter had to change airports in DC and we didn’t know it until she checked in for her first flight of the day to DC. I called this service and they answered the phone right away, were very courtesy and polite, and helped me feel comfortable with knowing they would be able to help us when she landed there in only one hour. The driver communicated with my daughter as soon as she landed and the office communicated with me throughout the entire time. The driver was even able to give her a tour of DC, as she had time between flights, but we opted to just have him tell her about the things that they passed on the way to the next airport as she wanted to make sure she made it to her next flight with lots of time to spare. She especially enjoyed the very nice car, the snacks and water available, and she even commented that it smelled good in the car! We really enjoyed having this service available to us. Shuttles between airports were full, but we would select this service over a shuttle next time as the cost difference is worth it due to the convenience and ease of where they pick up and drop off (private car pick up instead of where shuttle and taxis are), the help with the luggage, the communication as soon as she landed, and the comfort of the ride!

I recently booked 3 transfers with DC Private Car service during our trip to Dulles and let me just say they are first rate all the way! Very professional and prompt (5-10 min early every time), both round trip drivers were also knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating in every way. I recommend them without reservation for anyone looking for a first-rate limo/transfer service!!

We were very happy with the service. Booking was easy. They sent a confirmation with all the details. Everything that was to be included was very clear. The bus was very nice and clean. We used the bus to transport executives to the meeting, an after meeting and then back to our office. They were very reliable. The driver had a nice personality. I would highly recommend.

This was the first time I used DC Private Car, and I was very impressed. They responded immediately to my quote request, and I like that it was all inclusive so
there was no confusion about the proper amount to tip. Daniel in booking was lovely and very efficient. Eddy was my driver, and he was just delightful. My dog
got out as we were loading my luggage and gave him quite a scare. In spite of this, he was totally professional, attentive and just an all around lovely person. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company.
